5 Simple Guilt Free Tips

I am not an expert on health but, I read a tremendous amount and realized that a healthy life style is not as hard as it may seem. You are probably thinking here goes another self proclaimed guru of eating better. Which I am NOT! I do on the other hand enjoy finding way to being a better me. Learn more about me   I have decided to keep my healthy go to meals simple with these 5 Tips:


First coffee  and then everything else! Go organic with as much of your food available to you as possible. 

Second always add fruits and veggies to all of your meals. Don't have time for shopping click here  

Third think protein and vitamins like seafood, eggs, beans, and dairy to name a few.  

Fourth it does not have to be boringggg. Who wants to only eat salad all day? I sure don't. 

Fifth leave room for dessert! You know I have found over 100 ways to recreate desserts and I do not feel guilty.
